PI on the Radio

Matt Harrison, Executive Editor of the Prometheus Institute was recently featured on Paul Molloy's syndicated morning radio show, Freedom Works. Paul and Matt discussed the latest batch of Republican presidential candidates as well as the origins of our favorite subject, The Prometheus Institute! Thanks to the Freedom Works for all of their support.

The Prometheus Institute was also mentioned on the nationally syndicated evening radio show Free Talk Live. Mark Edge was kind enough to provide time on his show to discuss the Institute and get the word out about this fast-growing libertarian think tank for the people.

We are looking forward to branching out into other forms of media in the near future. Stay tuned.

Economist joins PI

Thomas Hazlett, former Chief Economist of the FCC, current Financial Times columnist, Manhattan Institute fellow and professor of law and economics at the George Mason Law School, has joined PI as a contributor. PI is ecstatic about Prof. Hazlett's support, and looks forward to his insights about how regulations affect the quality and availability of the internet, cable television, and other telecommunications services.

PI Español

Florence de Sola, graduate of Tufts University and resident of El Salvador, has joined PI as director of PI's outreach to Latin America. There arguably are few regions which could most benefit from free market ideas, and few regions whose people more passionately oppose them. The average Latin American voter faces a choice only between socialism and military dictatorship/cronyism, and considers the market somewhere between a sin and a crime. The Institute, with the leadership of Sna. de Sola, will help to reverse this trend and help free market ideas gain traction in the Spanish-speaking world.

Give your taxes to PI

In January, the IRS granted the Institute tax-exempt status as a public charity organized to reduce the burden of government on the people. As of January, all donations to the Institute are tax-deductible up to 40% of the donor's taxable income. Please see our donate page for for information.
